'LowridgeMeadow Pizzeria started with one simple vision: transporting true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi clan in 1985, our little pizzeria was once a quaint, family-operated venue, boasting recipes that were passed down for generations.
'Marco Rossi', our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation while wandering across Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples—the heartland of pizza. After her return to the UK, her mission was to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, employing age-old methods and supreme ingredients.
What commenced as a humble restaurant with seating for twelve has flourished into a cherished community cornerstone, yet our devotion to excellence and genuine practices remain steadfast. Our kitchen still celebrates the classic wood-fired oven techniques, prepares our dough from scratch each day, and uses only the most superior components we can source.
Presently, 'LowridgeMeadow Pizzeria' is still in the hands of our family, with the Rossi heirs at the helm of our dedicated staff. While we have welcomed modern updates, the essence of our enterprise persists unchanged: serving up sumptuous, real pizza that unites people.
